Le Grenier: A Bright and Comfortable Retreat for Six Guests
Welcome to 'Le Grenier', a beautifully decorated, independent holiday home designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Housed within a charming former barn alongside our second gîte, 'L'Alouette', Le Grenier offers the perfect blend of privacy and estate luxury. You will enjoy your own private entrance and terrace, alongside wonderful shared amenities.
Comfort and Character
Le Grenier is thoughtfully designed to be a relaxing haven. Large windows flood the interior with natural light, yet the gîte remains refreshingly cool even on the warmest summer days, thanks to its thick, authentic stone walls. For your absolute comfort in any season, the home is fully equipped with modern air-conditioning and heating.
The Layout
The gîte is spread over two well-appointed levels:

Ground Floor: An inviting open-plan space featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy sitting and dining area that overlooks the beautiful central courtyard and pool.

Bathroom: Complete with a bath/shower combination and a toilet.

Outdoor Living and Pool
Step outside to your own private terrace, complete with lounge seating, a dining table with chairs, and a BBQ—ideal for al fresco dining. In the central courtyard, you will find our magnificent swimming pool. Generously sized at 5 by 12 meters and heated to a relaxing 28°C, it provides plenty of opportunity to exercise or simply unwind. The pool area is surrounded by a lovely sun terrace with ample deckchairs. Both the pool and the petanque court are shared exclusively with the guests of L'Alouette.
Good to know:
Please remember to bring your own towels for the bathroom and the pool, as these are not provided.

To ensure your holiday at Les Bouctonnières is as comfortable and relaxing as possible, a dedicated caretaker lovingly looks after the property. She is there to make sure everything runs smoothly, allowing you to simply unpack and unwind.

Should you have any questions, need local recommendations, or require assistance during your holiday, our caretaker is always happy to help. She is readily available to assist you during daytime hours on weekdays.
Check-in & out
We want your holiday to start the moment you arrive, which is why we have made our check-in and check-out process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Checking In (After 5:00 PM)

Easy Access: For your convenience, we offer a flexible self check-in process. You will receive the code for the secure keybox on the day of your arrival, allowing you to settle in at your own pace.

A Warm Welcome: Before you even step through the door, our caretaker ensures that the house, terrace, and swimming pool are thoroughly cleaned and pristine. To help you relax immediately, all beds will be freshly made and waiting for you.
Checking Out (Before 10:00 AM)

Departure: When it is time to say goodbye, we kindly ask that you check out before 10:00 AM.

Final Checks: You can simply pack up and head home with wonderful memories; after you leave, our dedicated caretaker will take care of the final thorough cleaning and complete the standard inventory check.
Deposit, parking and Wifi

Security Deposit: A standard security deposit of €250 is required for your stay. For your peace of mind, this will be promptly refunded to you within 14 days after your departure.

Private Parking: Safe, complimentary parking is provided on the estate’s private grounds right in front of the property, making it easy and secure to park your car and unload your luggage.

Stay Connected: Enjoy free, included WiFi throughout your holiday to easily plan your next day's excursions or share your photos with friends and family.

Entertainment: Unwind after a day of exploring with our Samsung Smart TV. While traditional satellite TV is not provided, the TV is fully equipped with streaming apps, so you can easily log in to your own accounts and enjoy your favorite shows and movies just like at home.
